So... I'm trying to upload snowboard photos from Thursday. BUT.... Facebook won't let me upload photos right now, so I decided something. I will upload them to my blog first! That means that all the extremely cool people that read my blog will see them first!

Sorry if this is getting redundant... but, here are some more snowboarding photos! Haha, reality... I just don't have anything else to right about. My life is mostly school, and you don't really want to read about that. When it's not school, it's snowboarding. However, those of you who like snowboarding, or perhaps are simply intrigued by this crazy kid who keeps putting up pictures, will be happy.

"Snowboard Commute"

This is a shot of an AWESOME tree jam I found the other day. Its about 4 ft high and 10-15 ft long. There's a bunch of branches coming out of the top so you almost have to wall-ride it! BUT, the best part, is that it's 100% natural! There's always something about shredding things that weren't specifically set up for shredding. Not sure what the intrigue is, but it's just plain fun.

So as you can imagine, I had a good time on this log. And since it was too dark to video by the time we found it, we took flash photos.

Extreme Sports, Extreme Photos, Its an EXTREME LIFE! †

Yo! This past Thursday I was snowboarding... (Like every other Thursday) BUT! This Thursday, I did something I've wanting to try for a long time. Frontflip misty flip!


We were filming in the park, when my friend Becca called me. While talking to her I joked about trying a frontflip. Afterwords, the more I thought about it, the more I wanted to try it! So I bombed it and BAMM went flippin! I didn't quite have enough air to get it all the way around so I landed on my butt / lower back... but almost, and at least now I can say I've tried it! Hopefully I'll land one before the season is out!

I heard some friends calling this pole jib a "man cannon" which sounds much cooler. (I thought) It lauches you out over a bank and is fun to do air tricks off it. Grabs are so fun, and I'm starting to get spins off it. So heres a some photos of the man cannon!

This "Hitching post" is up on a 5 ft. spine, with a very steep, short landing down the back side. This was my first time hitting it. I had WAY too much speed, so I cleared the rail by almost 2 ft. and cleared the end of the landing by about 8 ft! haha I landed flat from about 10 ft. up.. it was crazy, and the video is HILARIOUS, but the shot looks pretty steezy!

"My perfect world"

This feature actually has trannie on both sides as well as the lip... For a week or two I had been airing over the corner and bonking the side of the barrel, trying to get my guts up to air over this barrel for a couple weeks. I was watching some kids airing it and tapping on the top and it looked really cool. Although it doesn't look it... the top of the barrel is HIGH.

SO, I said a little prayer... and dropped in for my first attempt. Not knowing how fast to hit it, I figured it would be better to go a little to fast than to not have enough speed, slamming into the barrel. I cleared the barrel and the landing and dropped it pretty flat from pretty high up. Luckily it didn't hurt to much, then on to round two.Second attempt. actually got the tap that time and landed smooth. SO FUN!
